Some engagement ceremonies need little elaboration,
yet leaves a lasting impression.

A sun-filled morning,
the groom's family arrives with ceremonial gifts amid joyful laughter,
The bride's family carefully prepares everything, from flowers and reception tables to the smallest details.

For this documentary album, we mostly observed and captured moments,
because the emotion is already there.

It is the groom's anticipation before the ceremony,
is the look in the bride's eyes as she appears in her áo dài,
is when you look at each other in familiar surroundings -
yet a very different day.

What I love most about ceremonies like these
It is not how beautiful the decorations are,
but the sense that everything unfolds naturally,
just as a family truly organizes its special day.
